One of his most notable achievements is the founding of AppsTec 10 years ago, which has since grown into a leading provider of end-to-end services in the Oracle domain, covering the entire applications landscape.
Driven by a vision to expand the customer-first philosophy into new areas, Ramana launched ELIT with a mission to offer scalable, flexible, and cost-effective procure-to-pay software solutions.
Today, he remains equally dedicated to both championing ELIT’s success and leading AppsTec to new heights.

Global Business Development DirectorSrikar is an accomplished Business Development and Sales professional with over 22 years of experience, including more than 15 years working across the UK, US, EU, and other regions. He brings extensive expertise in the BFSI and Healthcare sectors.
Currently, Srikar oversees Global Business Development and Sales functions for the ELIT group.
ASWATH THANIGA
Product ManagerAswath has over 14 years of experience in enterprise software applications and has successfully delivered multiple projects across the MENA region, contributing to AppsTec’s recognition as a leader in industry evaluations.
Currently, he leads the product ownership functions at ELIT for its flagship product, overseeing both product management and user experience teams. Since 2019, Aswath has guided ELIT through the expansion of its cloud suite, increasing both its depth and breadth.
