1. As a new subscriber to ELIT, how do I register for access?

Go to ELIT.ai, select Plans, and click on Sign Up to register your company. You will then be redirected to the Company Information screen.

2. Is it possible to register using my personal email address?

No, only a business email address is permitted.

3. After registering, can multiple users from my company accessthe ELIT Portal?

Yes, up to 2 users can access the ELIT Portal for free, with a minimal cost for any additional users.

4. How can I add additional users if needed?

Navigate to the Company Summary menu, select “Users,” click the “Add User” button, enter the number of users required, complete the payment, and then proceed to onboard the new users.

5. What support options are available during and after registration?

We offer a range of support options, including a User Guide and Email support.

6. What are the terms and conditions for using ELIT?

7. What is ELIT’s data policy?

You can review the data policy by visiting the Terms page.

8. If I upgrade from the freemium to the enterprise edition,will I retain access to my transactions from the freemium edition?

Yes, upgrading from the freemium to the enterprise edition will not result in any transaction loss. All your transactions will be migrated to the enterprise edition, and the freemium edition will be decommissioned.

9. How many suppliers can I register?

In the freemium edition, you can register up to 25 suppliers for free. Additional suppliers can be added at a minimal cost.

10. How do I sign a contract with ELIT?

During registration, you will be prompted to review and agree to the terms. Your acceptance will be considered as signing the contract with ELIT.

11. How will my supplier sign a contract with my company?

When submitting a quotation or purchase order, the supplier will be prompted to review and agree to your company’s terms and conditions. Their acceptance will be considered as signing the contract.

12. What documents are required to register for the ELIT application?
  1. Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates: Copy of Trade License and VAT document.
  2. India: Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and GST document.
